Orders with Pre-Order items will not begin to ship until all Pre-Order items are available.

Order processing delays are currently minimal, though you may experience delays of between 1 - 7 days on top of the speeds noted below. We want to get your order to you ASAP, and assure you we are doing all that we can to make this happen! As normal you will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. 

Domestic US shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 8 - 14 days. 

International shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 1 - 8 weeks. 

 

The following countries/territories have suspensions on incoming postage and placing orders: 

APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Afghanistan, American Samoa, Angola, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Costa Rica, Cuba, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guinea, Guyana, Laos People's Democratic Republic, Malawi, Martinique, Mayotte, Mongolia, Panama, Paraguay, Reunion (Bourbon), Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sint Maarten, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uruguay, Western Samoa (Samoa), Yemen, Zimbabwe.

 

All other international destinations are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery but can still place orders through cupofnurses.com

 

Orders to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, The Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Palestine, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vanuatu are experiencing scanning issues and have suspended written proof of delivery, which means scan data may not be accurate. Please monitor your tracking, and reach out to your local carrier for more information.

Change an Order

We are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.

Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return (See help section Returns & Refunds).

Cancel an Order

Please contact us ASAP to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. Card companies usually take 0 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company.

Order Processing

We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Our standard processing time is 1 - 5 business days. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Orders placed after 12pm PST will start to be processed the next business day. 

Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

All prices are listed as USD. Conversion rates will be applied by your banking provider to your payment methods currency.

Domestic U.S. Shipments

 

Cup of Nurses ships packages via UPS and USPS within the US. Carriers may change at any time. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

International Shipments

 

Cup of Nurses ships international packages via Passport International Shipping.Carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any of these additional fees. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs processing delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

 

Orders shipped via Passport Standard (Duties May Apply) are charged a flat rate of $20.

 

Orders shipped via Passport Priority (Duties Paid) are charged based on weight and value of goods, rate will vary.

 

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at your time of purchase. If an option is not available to you when making your selection we are unable to manually add it please choose an available option. 

 

Orders shipped to the EU from July 1st, 2021: To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU €150 and Under.

Problem When Tracking Your Order

 

Please allow 1 - 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to show as accepted by the carrier (COVID UPDATE: All orders are handed to carriers with 1 business day of label creation. If an order is marked as label created it has been handed to the carrier by our fulfillment center but has not been scanned by them. Some tracking numbers are taking over 7 days to show acceptance into the carriers network and may not update or show movement/scans until delivery). We are unable to provide you with more detailed information at this time. Please try again later. 

 

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order you can contact the carrier directly.

 

For domestic US tracking inquiries you can contact the carrier using the contact information available through the carriers tracking page. For international tracking inquiries you can contact our carrier Passport directly by using the chat function in the lower right hand corner of your tracking page. You can also reach out to us via email at support@cupofnurses.com.

 

If when tracking your order you see it is being returned to us because the address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout, or the order was not collected in time, or that additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid, you will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.
